Sometimes a Pastor may feel at a loss as to just how the music portion of the service is to be conducted because he is generally not a trained musician. This booklet is written with that Pastor in mind. It can be used by him as a resource to help develop an understanding of what he needs and wants in the music program and how to articulate those guidelines to the Music Director.
